I mainly focused on getting the project done, which we did get done, and spending the evenings catching up on some reading. It was a fruitful time that I am glad that I had.
From there, Chris and I drove back to Colorado to meet up with interns from the Colorado Springs office. It was a great reunion. Seeing everyone again was good for my soul. It was about at this time where I started to realize that it is more about the people in an activity rather than the activity itself which is important to me. We had decided to go skiing, which is a lot of fun, but I wouldn't have done it if the right people weren't there. The right people were there. Here is a picture of just a few of us.
I truly do miss these people and wish them all the best.
